Sahitya Siri Released and symposium on Jayanthi.S Bangera’s Writings held at Moodbidre
Moodbidre:Books of a writers should be reviewed timely and development of the author also must to be recorded said Dr. Vamana Nandavar, Ex President Of Karnataka Tulu Sahitya Academy.
He presided over the function held at Moodbidre to commemorate the literary values of Famous writer of Ttulu language ,Jayanthi.S.Bangera and the winner of
of Kittoor Rani Chennamma Award by Karnataka Government and other prestigious awards.
Biography of Jayanthi.S Bangera ‘ Sahitya Siri written and published by Shekara.Ajekar, Journalist and Director of Shree College Moodbidre was released by Dr.Mohan .Alva. Industrialist Mr. Shreepathy Bhat received the first copy of the Book by the hands of Mr. Alva.
Dr. Nikethana, Lecturer in Udupi Govt College and Dananjaya.Modbidre, Journalist of Udayavani, And Dr.Vamana.Nandvar were spoke about her Novels, Dramas and Short Stories respectively. They appreciated the Zeal and style of writing of Jayanthi and which is godgift to her.
Jayanthi Bangera honoured with title Sahitya Siri and Young Dramatist and authour of two plays which already staged had given the Yuva Gourava ,youth appreciation award.
Organisers MR. Ramachander Baikampady and Jayashree Amarnath Shetty were the chief guest.This progaramme is organized to honour Female writers who were side lined in long course of time said Shekara Ajekr.
Pravin Bhandary had given vote of thanks.
